Change, transition: a complex process:
The process of change is a step-by-step process, and is measured on on the Gregory Bateson scale from 0 to 2 : 0-Type makes the individual adapt naturally to the passing of time, without any particular effort, when type 2 change requires a real effort of reorganization and adaptation.
Change is a journey, which can go through a state of shock, anger, mourning, acceptance to better mobilize and then be reborn.
Desire, the engine of change:
The desire for change is the voluntary approach of the individual who seeks an objective and does everything possible to achieve it: this will not be a change that is undergone but rather a change driven by DESIRE, that of finding oneself, of being reborn; in this context, change then turns to opportunity and pleasure.
Cécile Sales, in her book "Change to become oneself" writes on page 380:
«Changing does not mean, here, becoming someone else, except sometimes in the eyes of one's family and loved ones, but on the contrary, finally coming to oneself, undoing one's shackles, discovering one's illusions, stripping oneself of one's disguises, getting rid of the weight of one's ancestors, becoming aware of one's desires and having the audacity to move towards them.
I molt, I change, because I undo the imaginary bonds that immobilized me;
I dare to move forward from the prison where I was hiding; I discover my margin of freedom.
I give birth to what had no existence. I change because I find myself.
Rebirth? No, reunion »

Systemic approach
Who am I ?
"I", just like You, as a person, with his history, his identity, his values, his beliefs, his needs and his season of life.
A person is a "whole" to be considered, which cannot be dissociated from the system in which he evolves.
The systemic approach wants to take into account the entire system to which the individual, the element or the problem considered belongs, in order to apprehend it by the interactions that it maintains with the other elements of the same system.
Appreciative Inquiry (AI)
Appreciative Inquiry is a methodology focused on the existing strengths of individuals, worked out in a positive approach. This methodology is issued from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, co-created by professors David Cooperrider and Ron Fry, two doctors in psychology.
As part of a period of organizational change, it will allow the potential of the collective and its positive core to be released by identifying all the factors of team success and the means of implementing them.
La réunion déléguée
The delegated meeting: The delegated meeting is a work process resulting from the development of organizations and created by Alain Cardon. This coaching process will give to the team members autonomy and accountability.
