Personal transition? Change has hold a central place in my life and has nourished me since childhood, from Africa to the West Indies via France and Belgium: so many places of life, landscapes, cultures, encounters as rich as they are varied, have built me and given me a taste for human relations. These challenging changes always turned into opportunities.
Professional transition? Over 35 years in the healthcare industry in various multinational companies have given me many opportunities to hold several positions in the fields of communication, marketing or sales, and by the way, to adapt each time to new organizations and new challenges.
Orientation and self-confidence? my college years and then my first steps in working life began "by trial and errors": finding a job when you have no idea what career path you would like to follow is not so easy, and even more difficult when you are shy…
Team cohesion: my job as a communicator manager has been an opportunity to organize unifying events within the company or as part of supporting humanitarian causes: a continually source of inspiration and satisfaction to experiment the interactions, support and enthusiasm of the teams!
