  • Work on team autonomy: "Delegated meeting"

  • Tools Adapted workshops, inspired by the founders of the Palo Alto school (California), and contemporary coaches

  • Systemic approach, considering all interactions and processes of the company and teams

  • In-depth preliminary brief with managers and management to develop a tailor-made program

  • Draft of a contract

  • Cycle duration of approximately 6-8 months, adaptable to the needs of the company: proposal of 2 face-to-face sessions of approximately 4 hours, and 1 follow-up session by videoconference for a successful and lasting result,
